A 2 hour workshop where you will learn the basic science, philosophy and practice of meditation. You will learn how to develop a solid personal practice, sit in ease, and bring balance, concentration, strength and calm into your body and life. While exploring the benefits of living your life through love and soul. You will be lead through a guided mediation and learn about a variety of meditation practices to use in your daily life.

My name is Lesley Johnston-Woo and I began my soul journey in 2015. I became a Level 3 Reiki Practitioner in August 2015 with Sundra Healing, and look forward to becoming a Reiki Master in the future. I began incorporating meditation into my life, as well as my children's, as a way to release stress, and tension. Soon I knew I needed to learn more, and I became a Lifestyle Meditation Certified Teacher in June 2015, and a Lifestyle Meditation Certified Kids and Teens Teacher in November 2015. In August 2016, I will have completed my 200hr Meditation Certification Program with Lifestyle Meditation. I have a passion to teach adults, parents, teachers and well as kids and teens how to incorporate meditation into their lives to relieve stress. I teach Introduction to Meditation and Introduction to Meditation for Parents and Teachers in my community, as well as private lessons to kids and teens. Silence is Luxurious!

Make sure you bring a comfy pillow to sit on.
